The search engines typically find and index your lens in about 2 - 3 days, although sometimes longer. The best way to get page rank is to get incoming links to your lens. If you're a lensmaster and you think you are going to get rich by selling stuff only on lenses you'll be very disappointed. On the other hand, if you are using the lens as a part of a greater SEM and online marketing strategy then you will find some peace. The value of the lens is in the credibility it brings to your knowledge, online presence and page rank. These are some of the essential criteria to building trust with your potential customer base. Trust is key and the lenses certainly make you a little more real in a scary virtual marketplace.
